A private, passcode-protected online shop built inside Firefighter.com — branded with your department's logo and stocked with the products you choose. Your members shop from it like any online store. You don't manage orders, payments, or shipping. We handle all of it.
Our design team will first review your logo to make sure it’s print-ready. If your logo needs to be recreated or adjusted, we’ll send you a secure payment link for the artwork fee. Once payment is received, our team will begin working on your logo and send it to you for approval. If your logo is already print-ready, there is no artwork fee, and we can set up your store at no additional cost. If you’d like to add embroidery to your products, a digitization fee will apply.
Our graphic designer can build one from scratch. Share your department's colors, any text you want, and inspiration photos — we'll take it from there. Custom artwork creation is a paid service; pricing guide provided before anything begins.
Store setup is free as long as your logo is high-resolution and print-ready. If your logo needs to be converted for embroidery, a digitization fee may apply. If artwork recreation is needed, we’ll let you know before proceeding. Artwork recreation includes: Free custom store setup Free left-chest embroidery digitization (converting your design into an embroidery file)
Your custom store includes 5 products: T-Shirt, Long Sleeve ,Hoodie ,Hat and Job Shirt. Need something different? You can request a specific product, and we’ll let you know if it’s available.
Custom products ship within 7–10 business days after an order is placed. This doesn't include shipping transit time. Plan ahead for events or department milestones.
Absolutely. We can incorporate your department logo, station name, multiple design variations — whatever you need. Tell us your vision and we'll make it work.

Before you get started.
⚠️ Please read before submitting
- All sales final on custom items. Every product is made specifically for your department. No returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our end. Double-check sizes, spelling, and design before approving.
- Artwork fees apply for custom design work. If you don't have artwork, our designer can build it — but it's a paid service. Full pricing guide provided before any work begins. No surprises.
- High-resolution files required. We accept PNG, AI, or PDF. Screenshots or small JPEGs don't meet print standards and will delay your setup.
- Production is 7–10 business days after an order is placed — not including shipping transit. Plan ahead for events or deadlines.
- Special Request Items Products not regularly stocked may require additional processing time due to sourcing and availability.
- U.S. orders only. The Full Custom program ships within the continental United States only. International shipping is not available.
- Artwork & payment. We’ll review your logo first. If recreation is needed, we’ll send a payment link before starting. Print-ready logos have no artwork fee. Once approved and paid, production begins and changes may not be possible.
