Your department, station, or IAFF Local will have their own store set up-  accessible through a special passcode with your hand picked products. Don't stress out trying to get gear for your crew- it's worse then herding cats! Just send us your logo or create one with our graphic artist, pick your products and send the QR code to your crew for access.

The Full Custom Storefront is a personalized online shop built within Firefighter.com for fire departments and organizations. It allows members to purchase department-branded apparel and gear with ease, without minimum order quantities.

Once your storefront is set up, your department members can log in with a passcode, shop for custom products, and place orders just like they would for any other item on Firefighter.com. Orders go through our system and production process seamlessly.

We offer a wide range of customizable products, including jackets, t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and more. If you have a specific item in mind, let us know—we’re happy to help! You will also receive a pricing guide for artwork creation to assist in the customization process.

If you don’t have artwork ready, our graphic designer can create one for you. Just provide as much detail as possible, including inspiration photos, colors, and text.

Yes! We can incorporate your department logo, name, and any other designs you need.

You can send us your logo in a high-resolution format (preferably PNG, AI, or EPS) via email. Our graphic artist, will ensure it meets print specifications

We have a graphic designer available to help. Provide as much information as possible, including inspiration photos, colors, text, and any ideas you have, and we will create a design for you.

Each storefront is passcode-protected. Once your store is live, we’ll provide you with a unique passcode that can be shared with your department members.


Payment is collected after we gather the necessary information for the artwork and the customer has selected the products they want their design applied to. We will then send a secure payment link. Once payment is received, our graphic designer will begin creating the artwork. Once the design is approved, we will proceed with setting up your storefront.

Custom products typically ship within 7-10 business days, depending on the item and production schedule.

At this time, our Full Custom Storefront is available for U.S. orders only.

Since all products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error in the order. Please double-check sizes and details before ordering.
