I never received it
Yes, sir, we completely understand your frustration. As we discussed earlier, the original decal was unfortunately lost in the mail by USPS. To resolve this as quickly as possible, I already have a replacement order in the queue, which should hopefully ship out by the end of this week. While carrier delays and lost packages are unfortunate, please rest assured that I am personally ensuring you receive the decal you ordered.

I finally received my order. Print quality is not as good as I expected, I am guessing this is sublimation and not a physical heat press? Especially for the cost I paid. Choice of courier company poor, advise for next time, use USPS as it comes to Royal Mail in UK or Fedex. On making sure it was the right garment 5 star and communication. I am waiting on the replacement with the better print quality. lets hope it comes soon thanks again

For better color vibrancy, our direct-to-film printing might be a good option next time. We like using the print option as it adheres better to the material and feels more natural. We appreciate your input on courier choice as we did choose FedEx, but unsure why it switched to DHL for international and will consider your suggestion using USPS as well.
