December 2020 Update:

USPS is currently experiencing nationwide delays; however, we are seeing 99% of packages arrive at their final destination and therefore are not considered lost. Due to the current situation with USPS delays, we do not reship orders unless they see no movement for 20 or more days. Whenever possible we ship priority mail, UPS or FedEx.

**Any free shipping promotions are valid for continental United States (CONUS) shipping only. Minimum order amounts for free shipping must be met after any promotional discounts are applied. 

We are diligently working to process and ship all orders out as quickly as possible. USPS has set their last day to ship orders for Christmas Delivery as December 18th. This means that orders must be placed by December 17th to be shipped on the 18th. Some items that are made to order do not quality for our December 17th Deadline. We can assure you the items under our collection GIFTS THAT SHIP FAST will be shipped out on December 18th if your order is placed by December 17th. 

Please be aware that USPS deadline of December 18th does not mean that USPS guarantees delivery. also does not guarantee delivery by Christmas; however, we will do everything in our power to make sure your gift is mailed out by the USPS deadline of December 18th.

The holiday season to wrap up the most confusing, chaotic, dramatic year in our lifetimes is upon us and we here at know it's been a rough ride. So we are doing our best to make your shopping season easy and enjoyable. 

Some Tips for the Shopping Season:

Please Order EARLY!!! 

Our top gifts sell out crazy fast, and we are already seeing increased Gift Sales earlier than normal! Don't wait last minute for the item you have your eye on, we can't guarantee that it will still be there

Shipping- Over the past year, we have seen it all with the shipping carriers. Lost Packages, packages claiming delivery but not actually delivered until days later, ran over packages, completely destroyed items, longer shipping times, no guaranteed deliveries, ect. ect. It feels like a Farmers Insurance Commercial. 

All Jokes Aside... At we want to make sure your gifts arrive in time. So since we have no control over what happens after the package leaves our hands, placing your gift orders early allows our team to have enough time to replace any lost packages, damaged merchandising, or anything else that may come up. 

Although highly unlikely with the gifts you purchase from, to help alleviate any stress [We've had enough stress this year] regarding ordering early and not being able to return items your gift recipient does not completely love, We have extended our extended Holiday Returns Policy. This year, all products purchased between October 15, 2020 and December 31, 2020 have until January 31, 2021 to be returned. 

We ask that you contact us by January 15, 2021 for a returns authorization number. Returns/Exchanges must be unlaundered, unused, in original condition to be accepted back. Please don't wear your new shirt to the gym then send it back to us... You may think you smell like roses, but we can tell.  Custom and Personalized Items are not refundable. Why, because your customization is very unique and unfortunately it is extremely challenging to find another person on this planet with the same exact custom style as you. Yay- Your Unique, but Sorry, we can't take your customized gifts back :(


Please Check Your Order Upon Arrival

It happens sometimes when you are so excited to give your gift, that you wrap it in your favorite wrapping paper without opening it up and checking it to make sure you received everything correctly. Our shipping team is absolutely amazing here at and mistakes are very rare; however, they are human [No, we do not have robot packers] and sometimes make mistakes. We don't want you to watch you gift recipient open the wrong item!

    Please make PPI Firefighter masks…they don’t have to be hospital quality..just enough to be used in public. .my husband would like Black with International Insignia …how about it..this is my second request…thank you Nancy Barron
