Against All Odds Flag

At the end of the day, the public expects the same of all of us. They expect us to come get them out on their worst day. Everyone’s mission statement likely has the phrase “To Protect Lives and Property”-or at least something very similar. We are here for them. They don’t care about any of your department's problems when they call. They don’t get the choice, they get you. Is your attitude one of complaining and allowing yourself to make excuses on why we “can't” do something? Or are you challenging yourself to learn how to best serve YOUR public with the cards you’ve been dealt.

Let the odds be stacked against you, find a way to make it happen.  Show the SOBs some serious guts and determination and stick out from the rest!
