How to Measure Your Hand

Step 1 — Index Finger Length: Measure your index finger from the palm crease to the fingertip in millimeters. This gives you your numerical size (64, 70, 76, or 82).

Step 2 — Hand Breadth: Measure across the top of your knuckles in millimeters. This determines your width — Narrow (N), Wide (W), or Extra Wide (XW).

Use both measurements together and refer to the chart above to find your correct glove size.
