I ordered my jacket and I figured okay it will take a while for it to be done. Two weeks is a very quick turnaround time. Well they exceeded my expectations. I had my jacket within days.
There was a mixup in the lettering color choice on their end. Not only did they step up and immediately correct it by providing a replacement jacket. The level of customer service is incredible.
I offered to pay for the replacement and send the original jacket back. They would not hear of it. They would not accept a dime and told me to keep the original jacket.
The lettering was perfect. The quality of the jacket is exceptional. They in every way provide a great product and over the top service. They even went one step further and embroidered my rank and name on my jacket.
I strongly recommend this company to every single Fire Department in the country. You will not be disappointed.
The other thing that I also admire about them is that they give back to the community and make lots of donations to various charities.
