The Ground Rules – READ BEFORE ORDERING
To ensure your custom FFC x BA-Shields gear looks as sharp as your dress blues, please follow these guidelines. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Quality In, Quality Out
We need high-resolution artwork - at least 300 DPI - to get a clean finish. Remember: what you send is what you get. If you send us a photo of a patch or a challenge coin, your shield is going to look like a patch or a coin. Give us clean digital files for the best results. If you need graphic work then our design crew can help you with the design, but this comes with a price.
2. Content & Trademarks
Firefighter.com (FFC) and our production partners reserve the right to refuse any imagery deemed offensive, degrading, or unprofessional.

Copyrights: We cannot reproduce trademarked logos (Pro sports teams, movie franchises, corporate brands, etc.) without written authorization.

Authorization: By uploading a logo, you (the buyer) represent that you have the authority to use it. FFC is not responsible for unauthorized use of department or third-party trademarks.
3. Marketing & Showcase
We’re proud of the work we do. FFC reserves the right to photograph your finished custom shield for use in our marketing, social media, or website galleries. If your crew is doing big things, we want to show it off.
4. The "Point of No Return"
Because these are custom-built to your specifications, all custom orders are final. Once production begins, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Double-check your spelling and your SCBA model before hitting "Submit."
