Stainless Steel Irish Engravable Watch

I was incredibly disappointed in the quality of this watch. I should have just waited until I received it to have it inscribed because they will not let me return it now. The quality was definitely not what I believed it was going to be judging from the photo and I was embarrassed to give this gift. I will now have to purchase another watch to replace this one because I was so embarrassed that I told them that it was just a place-holder gift until I found something of better quality. It is such a shame because I love the watch in the photo and it was a PERFECT gift idea. It's also a shame because I really wanted to purchase this from them. I did reach out to the company to ask if I could return it and they confirmed that confirmed that I could not. Also, the watch was shipped packaged with paper towels as packing material.
